The toy vehicle moves on a three dimensional rail system. The straight, curved, preformed or later deformed rail sections (1) which may be joined together through rail connectors (2) at any required angle to connecting bolts (3) may be sideways adjusted on a height adjustable holder (7) fitted to a mast holder (5). The connecting bolts may also be turned within the holder and are then fixable in the required position. This provides the means for producing a rail system incorporating varying degrees of inclines with a variable layout in three dimensions. The necessary adhesion required for forward movement on stopping of the toy vehicle or for the current supply to the electric motor is assured to a varying degree of magnetic forces produced by magnets attached to the vehicles or to their wheels and the wheels made from magnetically influenced material.
