Flour dusting attachment for dough processing machine - with transfer rolls under perforated flour container bottom and circular brushes

A flour dusting attachment for a dough processing machine consists of flour containers on each side of a dough funnel outlet. Circular brushes and a perforated bottom transfer the flour to transfer rools which protrude partly into the outlet passage and contact the dough on both sides. This ensures a uniform flour coating of the dough without creating any flour dust cloud. The dough cannot stick to the cavities of the star wheels which divide the dough string into even portions.
