Pressureless room heating and cooling system - has tank with immersion heaters and cooling unit and water covered by paraffin oil layer

The central heating system employs a tank (7) with a water supply line (12), with a seat of immersion heaters for the contents of the tank. A layer (15) of paraffin oil excludes air from the water (1). A pump (16) alongside forces the water through a set of radiators on several floors of a building. Another line (27) returns the water which has been pumped through the radiators. The system can be adapted for cooling, by using a cooling unit (4) inside the tank instead of the immersion heaters. The radiators used have sheet casings with a coil between the sheets of each, and an evaporator at the top. A condensate trough is underneath, and a distributor fan at the rear. The whole forms a pressureless system.
