The grinder has a perforated housing, in which sets of blades rotate. The grain is continuously returned towards the effective part of the blades. The grain is fed into the grinder through a hopper and a feed tube into the cylindrical space of the housing (15) made of perforated sheet serving to discharge the ground particles into a collecting bin underneath the housing. The inner surface of the housing is fitted with a set of guide blades (10) positioned at an angle of 150-50 deg. to the horizontal. In addition to the guide blades vertical impact strips (11) are fitted to the inside surface of the housing.
