The correcting element for a tachogenerator compares the voltage with a value proportional to the generator frequency. Generator (10) output voltage (1, 2) is reduced by an adjustable voltage divider (3, 4) to a lower, corrected value (6, 2). The voltage divider (3, 4) is continuously adjusted by the output of a control amplifier (8) to which a fraction of the corrected voltage is applied as the actual value, and a voltage proportional to its frequency as the nominal value. Both voltages are delayed by the same time. The circuit arrangement includes a sample-and-hold amplifier.
