Transportable sand cleaning machine for children's playground - removes foreign matter and disinfects sand using hot air jets and disinfectant sprays

Machine has a hopper (1') to receive the sand. The sand is taken from the base of the hopper (1) by a vertical screw (2) which delivers it to a series of conveyors (3) mounted one above the other. As the sand passes along the conveyors it is sprayed with jets (4) of hot air at a temperature of 80 dgr. to 90 dgr.C, to kill any bacteria. Other jets spray the sand with disinfectant and preserving fluid. The sand then passes through a vibrating sieve which removes any foreign matter before it falls into the bin (8) and is then returned to the playground.
