The horseshoe novelty device with a magnetic jumping heart can be manufactured as an item of jewellery, such as a lucky charm pendant, a wall decoration, an advertisement, a wall hanging toy or other gift article. It can be of any precious, semi precious or other metal, of plastic material or cardboard so long as it is able to incorporate and hold a magnet. A gliding bar (3) and a magnet (2) are built into the horseshoe pendant (1). The heart shape (4) has a built in magnet (5) as well as the one in the horseshoe (1). The heart shape can twist and turn as well as glide up and down. A pull string attached (7) to the pointed bottom of the heart shape can be pulled down, when the heart shape will jump and glide up and down.
