Composite premoulded facing for building wall - has tiles set in required pattern in plastics and moulded in tray

The mould has rectangular shape in the form of a tray. Into this tray is placed liquid plastics or plastics composite material. The stones or tiles are placed into this tray in the required pattern. The tiles are connected by the plastics material and the composite unit is removed from the moulding tray. No grouting is needed between the tiles when using plastics with suitable grouting colouring. The joint depth between the tiles can be also adjusted. The deeper the plastics material layer the higher will the plastics material rise between the embedded tiles.
