R7, R7 is Me, Et, Pr, phenyl or benzyl, any of which may be substd. by OH, R6 is H Me, Et or R5 + R6 and the attached N-atom may form a 3-6 membered heterocyclic ring) or its acid addn. salt, are used for reduction of gastric secretion and prevention of peptic ulceration.
