The automatic water sprinkler comprises a prismatic structure (1) whose longitudinal edge members are formed by water ducts. The structure (1) is pivoted at one end (2) on a fixed base (3) carrying at the other end a water cannon (5) supplied by one of the ducts and being supported by a single wheel pair (4). The duct supplying the water cannon (5) is provided with an overpressure pump so that the water pressure supplied to the appts. is raised for discharge by the cannon (5). The pivoted end (2) is formed by a shaft having two wheels pivoting around a vertical axis. The appts. effects about one complete turn per hour, and supplies about 1mm of water per hour.
