摘要

The anode materials are metallic elements being initially in the form of powder to be sintered. The powder is placed in a sintering mould and a solid metallic core is inserted into the centre of the powder to be sintered. The sintering of the powder is then effected around the core. Suitable metals are alloys of zinc and aluminium. The anodes so obtained are less liable to premature mechanical failure than is the case with conventional powder derived anodes.
