The heat exchanger is fed with cold water via a solenoid valve (21). Water for increasing the humidity is provided via a solenoid valve (22) and spray (10) under the control of a hygrostat (20). A conduit (11) connects a housing (12) containing a fan (15) and a heating element (13) to the centre of the enclosure. Ventilation opening (16) is controlled by a flap (17) driven by a motor (18) under the control of hygrostat (20).
