SAFETY DEVICE OF SIDEEINCLINING SUPPORTER OF LOADING BOX OF SIDE DUMP CAR OR TRIPLEETURN DUMP CAR

PURPOSE:To prevent removal of the pivotal component from the supporting part by providing a stopper which is operated to lock the locking component automatically by the feature beneath the loading box when the box is separated from the frame of car body. CONSTITUTION:In the stationary state, since the bolt 20 beneath the box 2 presses against the operating piece 18, the tip of the stopper 15 is pulled up against the spring 19 and the stopper 15 is located in the outside of the turning locus of the projection 14 of the hook 9. The hook 9 can be turned by the push-pull cable 11 and it holds the pivot pin 5 at the locking position. When the hook 9 which is opposite to the inclining direction is released by the push-pull cable 11 and the box is inclined, the operating piece 18 is released from the bolt 20, the tip of stopper 15 is caught by the projection 14 and the turning of hook 9 is suppressed by the stopper 15. Therefore the pivot pin 5 is not removed from the supporting part.
