BLOWWUP APPARATUS FOR SHIELD BEAM TYPE LAMP

PURPOSE:To accomplish a high accuracy blowing-up by suspending the supply of pressurized gas for blow-up with the actuation of a pneumatic pressure senser by the rise in the front lens during the process. CONSTITUTION:As an inert gas is fed into a lamp from a pressurized gas supply source through a manual opening/closing valve 6, a solenoid valve 5 and an exhaust tube 3, the pressure therein rises to push a front lens 1 up. This, in turn, causes the working element of pneumatic pressure sensors 7 to be pushed up, thereby stopping the release of pressurized air fed under pressure through a pipe 13, which results in a rise in the internal pressure in the pipe 13. The rise in the pressure is detected with a pressure detection switch. When all the pressure detection switches of the pneumatic pressure sensors 7 are put into action, the solenoid valve 5 suspends the supply of pressurized gas into the lamp.
