PURPOSE:To control with high precision by performing full automatic control in the procedures of incorporative systematization of controlling fuel gain, fuel ratio, air gain, air gain ratio with changes of main steam pressure. CONSTITUTION:Signals from a main steam regulating meter S2 are compared with each fuel flow gain signal of fuel flow gain detectors 11, 12, 13, 14, and if there are deviations, fuel is regulated by each fuel ratio and fuel gain regulating valve 41, 42, 43, 44. On the other hand, each fuel flow gain signal is added from the flow gain detectors 11, 12, 13, 14 by an adder 6, which is transmitted to a bias unit 7, while having to do with the minus bias unit 7 and a high signal priority selector 8, in case where reducing signals have come from the main steam pressure regulating meter S2, when mixed fuel oil is not in the decrease yet, the high signal priority selector 8 gives priority to signals from the minus bias unit 7, which are transmitted to a combustion air gain regulating meter 9, the resulating meter 9 transmits signal deviations between actually flowing combustion air gain and a setter 16, secures necessary air gain, and performs perfect combustion. Thus, high precision control is available.
