The assembly is of mainly rigid, bearing panels in a building construction, and uses both panel-shaped assembled components and sandwich panels (1). These components are connected along parallel limiting edges by a flexible water-tight strip over the greatest part of the length, the strip being tightly connected to the components. The sandwich panels have a thick, light layer (2) stuck on both sides to a thinner layer (3) of strong tractive material, and the sealing strip (5) is located in the surface of the adhesive between the layers. Where assembled panel units form a building, they are connected with the projecting outer layer on one component engaging over another.
