ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSUREThere is provided, a method for preservinghigh moisture content agricultural grains, which comprisestreating such grains with a composition consisting essentiallyof (1) an organic foodgrade acid or phosphoric acid, and(2) a synthetic organic cationic or anionic surfactant forenhancing the penetration of said acid into and throughsaid grains.
