Abstract of the DisclosureVariations in the frequency response of an oscillatoror an amplifier that includes a tuned circuit caused by changesin the internal input and/or output capacitances of the activedevice of the amplifier of oscillator due to temperature varia-tions or, in the case of an amplifier, changes in the level ofan AGC signal applied thereto, are compensated for by applyingthe AGC signal, or a DC signal that varies with temperature,to a DC signal controlled variable capacitance network connec-ted in circuit with the amplifier or oscillator in such a way asto compensate for the internal capacitance change.
