Azo pigments of the formula see diagramm : EP0000737,P11,F1 wherein X and Y are each hydrogen, halogen, alkyl or alkoxy having 1-4 C atoms, Q is a group of the formula -CONH- or -NHCO-, and Z is an O atom or is a group of the formula -NR-, -NHCO-, -CONH-, -CH=N- or see diagramm : EP0000737,P11,F2 in which R is hydrogen, alkyl having 1-4 C atoms, or phenyl unsubstituted or substituted by halogen, alkyl or alkoxy having 1-4 C atoms, and V is hydrogen, halogen, alkyl or alkoxy having 1-4 C atoms, and the azo group is bound to the phenyl group A or B.
