2-Azaquinolizidine derivs. of formula (I): (where X is H, halogen, halomethyl or methoxy; Z is S or -CH=CH- or -CH2-CH2- and n is 1-5, pref. 2 or 3) and their non-toxic acid addn. salts have neurotropic and antihistamine effects and are used as active ingredients in medicinal prepns.
