Cattle shed arched resilient floor - is anchored to foundations by protrusions at lowest points of arches engaging in recesses in foundations

The arched floor is made of rubber or plastics and at the base portions of each arch is an anchoring protrusion (5), engaging a respective recess in the foundation. The hollow areas (3) are arched on the underside in a pattern corresponding to the upper side. These areas are pref. approx. 8-12 mm thick. This provides comfortable positions for recumbent animals, and is durable and easily cleaned. Pref. the valley portions on the upper surface of the arches are rounded off. The contours of the arches may be in various alternatively patterns including curved or planar surfaces.
