The holder is mounted on parallel transversal bars of a rack, to which it is attached by at least two fastening elements which lock by at least one springly element in corresponding notches in the transversal bars. The holding element (12) has at least one guiding pin (13) yielding transversally to its longitudinal axis, which projects into a corresponding hole (14) of the transversal bar (10). Locking arrangement is ensured by a flexible collar (16) which surrounds the guide pin (13). The collar has flexible extending outer lips (20) which engage with a cut-out portion (15) in the transversal bar (10).
