Hanger device consists of top and bottom hanger wires and a spring U-bolt shackle with diverging arms, for movably connecting the wires. The arms have cutouts through which the top wire (2) is led and held under spring tension. The bottom hanger wire (3) is made of thin racking wire, manually flexible. One end (3") of this is fixed to a point on the spring shackle (1), below the cutout (5') in the upper arm (5). It is perf. soft wire, approx. 2mm thick.
