Ski roller sticks have a telescopic handle which is spring-loaded so that the impact force on hand and arm is reduced. The damper coil spring has an anchor collar on each end with it is attached to the ski stick tube and also to the handle tube. The handle tube slides on the outside diameter of the ski stick tube when a load is applied to the handle. A spring clip, located on the stick and axially adjustable, is provided to regulate the strength and stroke length of the shock absorber.
