摘要
In concrete stressing, and similar, the wedge-type anchorage is for stress wires or strands, with a wire or strand held by ring segment wedges fitting against the walling of a conical hole in an anchoring unit. The insides of the wedges are serated, or similarly profiled, for improved engagement with the stressing steel. Here there are end parts at the thin ends of the ring segment wedges (1) which do not fit against the walling of the hole (5, 6). These parts pref. extend over at least 10% of wedge length, while the hole is pref. shorter than the wedges. In this area the walling of the hole may form an angle with the end parts, opening towards the ends of the wedges. This provides min. mutual displacement between steel and wedges, and gentle transfer of stressing force from steel to wedges.
