Erecting long bridge from varying cross=section concrete sections - using side bearing brackets in forwarding plane with bottom slide tracks

The structure is made by concreting on a section in a form onto a previously completed section, and rythmycally forwarding it into position while another section is made. Where structures have a cross-section varying along their length and extending below the forwarding plane, full-length side bearing brackets are concreted on in this plane, with straight bottom strip-shaped sliding tracks. During construction these are supported by the brackets on the sliding surfaces. The brackets may be provided by the laterally cantilevered roadway slab.
