The present invention relates to a rail bridge in which a concrete track is longitudinally divided in a segment shape to be installed in a bridge upper structure and, more specifically, relates to a sliding concrete track and a rail bridge with the sliding concrete track, wherein as a longitudinal displacement effect between the bridge upper structure and the concrete track is strongly transmitted, the sliding concrete track is installed in a position portion in which the maximum additional axial force is applied to a rail.
