Wind generator blades are mfd. by drawing a resin impregnated glass fibre or carbon fibre woven fabric hose over a blade core, setting the resin, cutting the moulded blade along the trailing edge to remove the core, bonding the severed edge and foaming the blade interior using polyurethane. Alternatively, the core may have the form of the blade and may be made from foamed polyurethane.
