The suspension is used for a beam for securing ceiling panels. The beam is held by arms of spring material. The suspension can be used for beams with openings in horizontal or vertical plane. The lower ends of the arms (16) form bent shoulder (22) which can pass through the rapid connection opening on the beam (15). On the webs are arranged ratchet parts (21) which engage with the opening. The ratchet parts are bent downwards and the shoulder (22) forms a supporting step with the hole.
