Heat engine assembly with four circuits - containing three turbines, vacuum rotor, heat pump and evaporator to produce mechanical energy

The arrangement comprises four circuits in which use is made of vacuum, condensation and heat exchange to produce mechanical energy. One circuit (32, 19, 33) uses power station waste water or steam, or other waste heat. A further circuit runs from the evaporator (19) via an evacuation rotor (1) to a turbine and vacuum condenser and via a pump back to the evaporator. Heat concentrated by a heat pump (17) circuit causes evaporation in the evaporator (19), to feed a turbine (26), and then into the condenser (22) and via pump (21) and central tube (39) back to the evaporator.
