The platform has a pyramid (3) of prismatic cells, and floats attached to the periphery of the pyramid. The prismatic cells are used as frame work support for turbine, machine and housing. The cells are fixed with each other with the help of H-shaped keys. The mechanical energy of the turbine is used for producing fluid evaporation to obtain necessary heat source for operating a heat engine.
