Reverse loop circuit for model railways - supplies current either through two insulated running rails or through overhead cable and one running rail

Revrse loop circuit for model railways is such that the current supply of the locomotive vehicles takes place either through the two running rails insulated against each other or alternatively through an overhead cable and one of the running rails. Both rails of the reverse loop curve are subdivided by four separating points into three zones electrically insulated against each other. The current source of the running rails is connected through a polarity switch of a relay with the rails of the main track and through a polarity switch of a second relay to the centre zones of the rails of the reverse loop curve. The other zones of the rails dependent on the actual position of the relays are connected to the plus or minus pole of the running rail current source and are connected only to one of the relay coils.
