Prestressed concrete tension and pressure zone reinforcement - is which zero line value of fracture condition in within defined limits

In the doubly reinforced bending cross-section of composite building materials, in prestressed concrete and steel prestressed concrete, reinforcing units in the tension and pressure zone are distributed so that the zero line value of the fracture condition lies between 1 and the constituent of the boundary sum of the tension reinforcement. This may be in the area between 0.01 and 0.50. This combines high load bearing capacity with small intrinsic weight, with highest grade steel in the tension chord and high grade steel in the compression chord. Pref. the steel used has a yield point of 500 N/mm2.
