Training simulator for wind-surfing - consists of mast on cardan bearing with crossbeam to which counter-force generator is attached

Exercise and conditioning appts. for the teaching of physical skills and for training in balance, muscle and heart functions is used within the home and espec. to teach the sport of windsurfing. A mast is fitted on a base stand in a vertical direction but capable of being swivelled in any direction through a cardan bearing. A cross beam is connected to the mast with a device generating a counter force attached to the mast which increases in power corresponding with an incline movement of the mast and/or a turning movement of the cross beam. The counter force is divided into two part components coupled to ensure that one of them is increased when the other is brought into operation for instance through swivelling out of the cross beam.
