Security device for roof rack luggage - has sprung tongues which grip under roof rack, and locks at ends of cross members

The roof rack load is secured on cross members comprising telescopic sections and with sprung tongues under the cross member to grip under fixed rails along each side of the car roof. The tongues are released by pulling out the inner sections, and are locked into the clamped position by releasing the inner sections. The inner section is locked in place by security locks at the ends of the cross member. The system can be fitted to lockable roof boxes, ski supports or any other roof load.
