The circuit generates an output voltage proportional to the stroke of a moving part. It has a pick-up coil carrying a variable current whose inductance is varied proportionally to the part movement. The pick-up coil (11) is supplied with the output voltage of a control amplifier (T2) which receives as a negative feed-back signal the output signal of a differentiating circuit. Input signal of the latter is a voltage derived from the pick-up coil (11) current. A timing device (T3) periodically activates and blocks the control amplifier (T2).
