The solar powered novelty device has a motor in the base, driven by a solar cell. This drives a roundabout whose base drives five additional bases via friction or similar. Figures on the base are actuated to execute a dance movement. The edge of the roundabout base carrier suspended metal beads. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of the base, moves the beads to ring small bells.
