The adjustable holder is for a laser, particularly as used in mining. A disc has a vertical spindle on which a flange slewing in the horizontal plane is mounted, also a rail with a horizontal axis tilting the slewing plane in relation to the disc. The flange (14) with two ring-type mounting (15) fits on the vertical spindle, and has an adjusting screw with spring, a pressure spring, a yoke with clamping screw and a seal, acting against the disc flange. A plate (4) with a drilling (7) accommodates a clamping bolt (9). The screw is fixed in an outer wall (2) and slides in an inner one (3), fixed to the rail (1) with an elastic cover (23).
