The machine is intended for use on soil's which are not very compactible and heavily permeated with water, thus permitting the stabilisation of areas to be subject to traffic or stationary vehicles of all tonnages. A mobile trailer (3) carries a tank (6) of concentrated liquid, a mixing reservoir (5) and a tank (1) of liquid diluted according to the ground conditions. The road wheels (10) are retractable and the trailer then strands on a tripod (15) and small wheels (13). Discs suspended from the trailer, cut furros in the ground, the depth of penetration being controlled by screw jacks, whilst the hardening liquid is injected into the ground, to a depth of at least 30 cm. through forks (28) which follow the furrow.
