Paving stone with curved sides - has one convex and one concave end surface and long sides with concave and convex portions

The paving stone, which is intended to enable different paving patterns to be used, is intended particularly for paths or streets. It has two parallel faces with end and side faces f right angles to these faces. One end face (2) is concave whilst the other (3) is convex and the two side faces are symmetrical about the longitudinal axis, each being equally divided into a concave and convex curve (6, 8). All the curves have the same radius of curvature. The construction for the stone can be set up on a rectangular grid divided into eight equal squares, each curve passing through the opposite corners of two adjacent squares.
