The personal identity and medical data card (10) carries printed information. The information is related to the identity of the individual and to his medical doctor. The card also contains a series of medical data and warnings which may be of use to a doctor in the case where urgent medical treatment is required by the individual. The card has a number of blank spaces on it which may be filled in by the doctor who issues the card. The medical data includes a general list of groups of medicaments with indications of treatment or dosage.
