The board game is based on a particular war strategy, using either land or sea units, an electronic calculator deciding results. It is played on a surface, in the case sea warfare, marked with islands, bases and headquarters. Each player has a fleet, represented by markers having their respective fire power indicated. The game is started by placing fleets in their respective harbours and the "Calculate" button is pressed. This gives the direction of movement of ships and, when near an adversary, the "Attack" switch determines fire power and which unit is sunk or returns to base for repairs.
