Disposable syringe with opt. finger bar - needs only cylinder-ampoule to be packed under sterile conditions

The components of a disposable hypodermic syringe are packed as two separate sterile units, one of which contains the filled cylinder-ampoule, whilst the second holds a cannula, a cannular protector and a holder for the cannula and the cylinder-amopoule. Only the cylinder-ampoule now needs to be packed under sterile conditions. The finger bar and the piston at least are packed unsterile, and the finger bar if required, can be pushed on to the end of the cylinder-ampoule, which is protected by a cap. The piston rod is then screwed in. When the cap is removed a commercially obtainable sterile cannula can be pressed on.
