The sleep inducing device which combines audible and visual effects, also uses the rhythm of the heart beats and breathing of the user. On the housing of the control unit are two scales, each with a sliding control to determine the triacs for waking and falling asleep. The circuit which combines the heartbeat and breathing rythms, or uses them separately has a control potentiometer and counting system. A comparator combines these signals with the audible and visual control signals. The latter circuits are connected with a negative device connected to earth which controls the negative ions.
