The apparatus is intended for gymnastic exercises and comprises a common spindle which is fitted with a concave central roller. This has another longer concave-convex roller on each side, followed by circular side discs and a spring-loaded handle for manual use. The apparatus can also be used in conjunction with a floor or wall-mounted frame, comprising two arms which are adjustable for angle on a central hub. Equally, the arms have square notches along one edge to accept fixed square collars on the spindle and provide height adjustment.
