Oyster opening tool - has right-angle member projecting from handle to pierce shell and cut muscle which holds shell closed

The oyster opening tool enables the oyster to be opened quickly and without applying force. The tool incorporates a sharp point with which to make a hole in the middle of the upper shell of the oyster. The sharp point is made of hard material, at the end of a handle, or a spring system. Once the hole has been made, the second part of the tool - a rigid bar- is inserted into the hole. The end of the rigid bar is bent at ninety degrees over roughly 10 mm from its end, and is rotated. This cuts the muscle closing the oyster. The other end of the tool can consist of a fork.
