FORWARDING OF RAW OYSTER WITH SHELL, SHELLING, CUT TOOL FOR ADDUCTOR USED IN SAID METHODS, CUT TOOL INSERTING, CLAMPING TOOL OF RAW OYSTER WITH SHELL AND CLAMPING METHOD

摘要

PURPOSE:To make possible to cut adductor with cut tool and readily open shells, by projecting holding part of cut part to outside of shells and inserting the cut part into shells before forwarding of raw oyster with shells, clamping the shells and forwarding. CONSTITUTION:Before forwarding or storage of raw oyster with shell, for instance, a cut part 6 of a cutting tool 8, having cutting part 6 and holding part 7, for adductor 5 is previously inserted into shells 3 in a manner that holding part 7 of said cutting tool 8 is projected to outside the shells 3. In such a manner, a cutting tool is inserted into shells, then the two shells are clamped not so that the shells are opened by oyster and the inserted cutting tool is slipped out and forwarded or stored. As clamping method of shells, a method of clamping shells with rubber band, etc., a method of enclosing in a bag of various plastics and packing with a little drawing a vacuum, etc., are applied.
