Super=8 cine film loader - has clutch cooperating with anti-return ratchet which is neutralised to free spool in receiver compartment

The cine film loader has a clutch (30) which is accessible from the exterior of the loader. The clutch cooperates with an anti return ratchet (20) so as to neutralise the ratchet (20). When the ratchet is neutralised it frees the spool (16) in the loaders film receiver compartment. The spool (16) is thus permitted to rotate in the opposite sense to that of the exposed film. The loader has also a drive system accessible from the exterior and which is associated with the unexposed films roller. When the anti return ratchet is in its inactive position the drive system permits rewinding onto the roller of the exposed film wound on the spool.
