Training aid for competition shooting - has plastics casing and provides tone and quiet rhythm via earphone

The training aid is for competition shooting. The aid is powered by a miniature 9 volt battery and provides a 7 second tone and 3 second quiet period at regular intervals such that the user can develop a proper rhythm whatever the noise environment. The overall casing is plastic and has 100 x 50 x 25 mm dimensions. The user has an earphone coupled by a jack. The tone and timing are provided by two RC square wave oscillators and a single transistor switch mounted on a PCB. The supply is zener diode regulated.
