PURPOSE:To prevent clearance trouble by combining with a rotor a material with a coefficient of thermal expansion equivalent to that of the rotor and a lubricating character, formed in a ring type at both sides of the rotor, so as to form a monolithtic unit, and by conforming coefficients of thermal expansion for the rotor and a bearing in a same value. CONSTITUTION:At a side of a drive shaft 3 of a rotor 2 forming a plurality of receptacles 1 accommodating vanes and on a portion forming an indent a material constituted by components with a large coefficient of thermal expansion, such as those having zinc as a main component, ones with a low coefficient of friction namely components composed mainly by tetrafluoric resin, polyamide resin and carbon is formed by a solution injection method or by a fitting method or by other means to form a monolithtic unit with the rotor 2. Thereby, an unbalance of the rotor 2 and the bearing for coefficient of thermal expansion is eliminated, and the material is capable of performing a sliding motion being in contact with the cylinder according to the expansion of the rotor 2 while being lubricated, and a clearance trouble is prevented.
